In October 2009, the LES Partnership invited tenders to develop a ‘Low Emission Toolkit’ that will assist local authorities in identifying available low emission strategies and assessing the costs and benefits of pursuing them.
The closing date for tenders was 20th November 2009. A selection panel has been established by the LES Partnership Board to shortlist contractors and conduct interviews. The contract will be let by the end of 2009 and will deliver the Low Emission Toolkit in mid 2010.
