The Low Emission Strategies Partnership has published an Invitation to Tender for an expert review of transport emission methods and datasets established through previous Partnership work on the Low Emission Toolkit and within a National Assessment Report.

The team will also ideally have strong experience in how these approaches are applied in policy and practice at a local level in the context of local air quality management, local action on climate change, town planning, transport planning and fleet management.
The guideline budget for the project is £21,000 (excl VAT).
The closing date for tenders is 4pm on Wednesday 29 February 2012.
